Mananas in Alpine

We are oit of town visiting my Son. We decided to buy Menudo.The Menudo was wtererd down. Very little maize and no pig's feet.The last time we were here it was very good. They must not make it every day.We bought it on a Sunday. You would think they make it every day. Evidently not.

I really like the dishes and customer service, excellent location very close to my residence. The staff members are always very friendly. Will come back again.

Ok "American" Mexican food if that's what you like. Quiet atmosphere. You can watch TV while you eat.

Food is ok. It’s a cool little taco shop. Personally I would go to the one just up the road. But check it out for yourself.

Good food. Horrible service, messes up orders constantly, doesn't answer the phone sometimes. Just a horribly managed restaurant. Decent food, nothing special compared to other alpine taco shops. Go to tapatios :)

The Menudo was great, and the roll tacos was made just right. I always enjoy their food.

My favorite fast Mexican food in Alpine, it's always fresh and hot. The staff are all polite and it's kept clean.

Great food with good prices. Strange mix of counter service and table service with styrofoam or porcelain plates depending but it works. Everyone we spoke with was nice.

Food here is very tasty and delicious...didn't give it five stars because I asked for a carne asada Torta with only avocado and they forgot and added guacamole which had onions and I don't like onions 😎

I'd go to Tapitios or Alpine taco shop. Even a taco bell over this place. They always mess our order up!!! My last visit I ordered Carne asada fries, on the menu they only have one option which is supreme that comes with carne asada, beans, cheese guacamole & sour Cream. The fries were undercooked and soaked in grease and they didnt put beans on the fries. So I asked for a side of beans and the woman working told me it cost extra because I didnt order the supreme. After looking over the menu I noticed they only had one option SUPREME. So I asked her to point out regular vs supreme the guy working with her told me there wasnt an option. This place is inconsistent and the quality is poor.

My wife and I eat there often. Great food. The people are grest.

I really like this place. I've always had a good experience and I've tried almost everything on the menu over the past few years. This location is my favorite. Literally try anything. Even the plating is above standard when compared to other small Mexican places.

A bit on the pricey side, but consistently good with fast friendly service.Always a good go to!

THEY SHOULD GET A HALF A STAR, TAPATIOS IS ONLY HALF A STAR MORE, AGAIN THEIR IS NO AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD, MAYBE LOS PANCHO'S, BUT THIS PLACE IS GROSS, HOT SOUR CREAM IS DISGUSTING.

Great cassadillas! Nice place, friendly, big too for a family get together

It was late and it's on my way home I felt like a couple of tacos . I stopped in before midnight and ordered 2 fish tacos to go. Delicious even just before closing . Sometimes at other places it's not as good just before closing . They have things put away and they want to go home so no love goes into the food . But here it was just as good as any other time of day.

The cashier was not personal. I asked for my meat well done and they burned it. The replacement they gave me was super salty and I didnt eat it.

Excellent food at a great price. Employees very friendly. Shrimp enchiladas highly recommend.

The food is ok tried this place a second time and again rude. Went to get salsa and there was a hair in the salsa bar salsas and eyebrow hairs in our food. The employees act so miserable. Cooks rolling their eyes and same with the girls at the till. Seem so sad and upset with themselves. Kinda worried with their attitudes they’ll mess with our food for being judgemental. Maybe that’s why there was hair in the food?? lol 😂 Then after ordering they just gossip back and forth. Do your job. There’s others in need of work and y’all are so unappreciative. I hate to complain too but they need new and professional staff. If you hate it there go find some new work.

The food was very authentic Mexican dishes. The side bar is excellent and the price was just right. You definitely get every penny's worth here! And they serve American beer as well! Mucho gracias, Mananas!

Love it but the fish burrito has bacon in it & it made the burrito a little2 salty.

Had some red enchiladas, but not good at all. Tasteless, I think taco Bell has better seasoning!! Than this place. Definitely not a good Mexican food restaurant. Might as well go to Del Taco, or Taco Bell. Here seems that everything is made out of a can and not from scratch!!! :(

Manana's is one of 2 Mexican food restaurants my wife and I frequent in Alpine. They are all good but we love this particular restaurant. We have had an issue or two with them but they've always taken care of. Great breakfast burritos, flautas, chilaquilas and frankly everything else. Great salsa bar and customer service is always professional and friendly.

This is a fine restaurant. There are two, one in Alpine and one in Ramona. Both are outstanding, with large menus and great cooks that know how to prepare Mexican food. Both have great and timely service . The prices are reasonable and the restaurants are clean

Food was reasonable but while dining in, only plastic silverware was available. I didn't like that.

Excellent place to eat food when in a hurry. Their service is efficient, prices are fair, good ambience. Will come back again
